All nationalities are permitted to join the Vent Launchpad, with the exception of those listed below. Note that residents of some countries may be required to go through additional screening due to security regulations.
Due to UN sanctions or other regulations, residents of the following countries will not be permitted to join the Vent Launchpad:

As an EU-based company, Vent Finance is required to comply with all international trade and exchange laws between and among EU and Non-EU nations, however, we are also committed to boosting the DeFi and Crypto growth beyond the current global adoption rates. As such, this list will be updated as soon as changes occur in compliance with applicable laws.
Please note, residents of the United States will be subjected to additional screening to prove their Accreditation status. US Accredited Investors will only be permitted to participate in projects launched on the Vent Launchpad if the relative project accepts US Accredited Investors.
